Universal Data Relay is only available through certified integration companies. In order to be considered for certification, integration companies must pass a number of requirements. At a minimum, these are;
- Demonstrated excellence in a core industry, with formal recognition in the form of manufacturer and/or industry awards
- A dedicated service department, committed to providing world class service to their clients
- Above average technical competency, particularly in integrating their core with other hardware, software and systems
- A commitment to ongoing training and education on the application of Universal Data Relay for integration purposes
